By accessing or using the services of EPIC CLEANING PROS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, cleaning services (residential or commercial), and any associated communications, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
EPIC CLEANING PROS LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, recurring cleaning programs, and one-time cleaning services.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from EPIC CLEANING PROS LLC, including appointment confirmations, reminders (1–3 messages per week), and scheduling updates. Consent is given via form or checkbox opt-in and is not a condition of receiving services.
Typically, 1–3 messages per week the week of your scheduled service, though additional messages may be sent under special circumstances. Standard messaging rates may apply.
You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS reminders, but other notifications may be sent via phone or email.
Upon opting into SMS reminders, you will receive a confirmation message. Replying “YES” confirms your consent to receive future SMS communications.
EPIC CLEANING PROS LLC is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to mobile carrier issues.
Your phone number is securely stored and used only for service-related communications. We comply with federal guidelines and mobile carrier regulations.
Rescheduling appointments is easy with EPIC CLEANING PROS. Follow the steps below depending on the type of appointment you have, recurring scheduled appointment or a one-time cleaning appointment.
You may reschedule your cleaning appointment at no charge when done more than 72 hours in advance. Reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% fee of the quoted service price. Reschedules made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the quoted service price. This policy helps us maintain consistent scheduling and provide the best service to all our clients. You can call us at 847-238-2088 to reschedule.
Our recurring service pricing is based on how often your home is cleaned—the more frequent your service, the lower your rate. This helps us schedule our team efficiently and offer consistent, discounted pricing to our recurring clients.
• You may skip or reschedule up to two (2) cleanings within any 3-month period without a pricing change. (Penalties above will still apply).
• A skip includes canceling a scheduled visit without replacing it with another date.
• You may not skip or reschedule more than six (6) cleanings per year.
• If a third skip or reschedule occurs within the same 3-month period, or if you exceed the annual limit, your pricing will automatically adjust to the appropriate rate based on the new time gap between cleanings. This policy helps us maintain consistent service for all clients while allowing flexibility for your schedule.
• Any gap longer than 4 weeks plus 1 day between cleanings will move your account to our “As Needed” plan, which is our highest price level.
• Pricing adjustments are automatic and apply to future cleanings.
• Once moved to a higher pricing tier, returning to a lower rate requires re-establishing consistent recurring service.
• This policy allows flexibility while ensuring fairness to both our clients and our cleaning team.

Our one-time service pricing is based on cleaning your home for that specific job and date. One-time appointments are scheduled in between our regular recurring clients, which makes them harder to replace if changes are needed. As a result, rescheduling or cancellations for one-time jobs are handled according to the following rescheduling policy:

If our team arrives at the scheduled appointment time and is unable to access the home due to no one being present, locked entry, incorrect access instructions, or inactive entry codes, the visit will be considered a no-access appointment and a 100% fee of the quoted service will be charged. This policy helps cover reserved time, travel, and staffing costs.
If the customer is not home but requests that our team wait for access, we will wait a maximum of 30 minutes. A waiting fee of $45 per hour, per team member scheduled for the job will apply during this time until entry is granted and cleaning can begin. Please note that each appointment is scheduled within an estimated time window, and waiting time may reduce the available cleaning time; as a result, the service may not be completed in full, and the quoted price will still apply.

Policies above may allow flexibility for:
• Severe weather
• Illness
• Emergencies
(All at company discretion)
Full payment for services rendered is due as agreed upon at booking or completion of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. Failure to make payment may result in service suspension or additional collection actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPIC CLEANING PROS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to services provided, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Items not disclosed or accessible during service
• Damage caused by faulty or improper installations
Customers are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items prior to service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate courts located in Illinois.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
