Each month, we select one individual or family in need to receive a free basic house cleaning through our Care & Compassion Giveaway. A new recipient is chosen every month, and the gift includes one complimentary cleaning.
The Care & Compassion Giveaway is sponsored by Epic Cleaning Pros LLC (“Sponsor”), operating in the State of Illinois.
The giveaway is open to individuals or families located within Epic Cleaning Pros’ active service area in Illinois. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Entries must be submitted by an individual acting on their own behalf (“Participant”). The participant must provide their own name and contact information and must be able to provide consent for communication. Entries submitted using another person’s contact information are not permitted.
The participant may designate a separate individual or household (“Recipient”) to receive the free cleaning. The Recipient is not required to submit the entry and is not required to provide contact information at the time of entry. Recipient must be located within Epic Cleaning Pros’ active service areas to receive the prize.
Employees of Epic Cleaning Pros LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or receive the prize. A purchase will not increase the chances of being selected.
Participants may enter by submitting the required information through Epic Cleaning Pros’ official giveaway form or designated entry method.
The contest is open to enter each month and runs 1st of each month starting at 12:00am cst to the 7th of each month till 11:59pm cst.
One individual or family will be selected each month at the sole discretion of Epic Cleaning Pros LLC based on need, availability, and suitability for a basic cleaning.
• Submission does not guarantee selection.
• Epic Cleaning Pros reserves the right to decline any request that falls outside the scope of the program.
The selected recipient will receive one complimentary house cleaning, valid for a single basic cleaning service.
-The prize is non-transferable
-No cash or substitution will be provided
-Each Participant is eligible to win only once
-Service Size, scope, and availability are determined by Epic Cleaning Pros LLC
-Winners are chosen on the 8th of each month
-Cleaning must be scheduled in a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by both parties and within 30 days of winning
What’s Included
• Dusting accessible surfaces (including light cobweb removal)
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning kitchens (countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, microwave)
• Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, tubs/showers)
• Emptying trash and light tidying of common areas
What Is NOT Included
To keep this program safe and manageable, the following are not eligible:
• ❌ Hoarder or extreme clutter homes
• ❌ Biohazard situations (bodily fluids, mold, pest infestations, animal waste beyond light pet hair)
• ❌ Construction or post-renovation cleanups
• ❌ Move-in or move-out cleanings
• ❌ Heavy organization or decluttering services
• ❌ Deep cleaning services (inside appliances, baseboards beyond light wiping, heavy grease or buildup)
• ❌ Exterior cleaning (windows, garages, yards, sheds, patios)
• ❌ Homes requiring more than a basic maintenance clean
Home Readiness Requirements
• Home must have running water, electricity, and safe working conditions.
• Walkways and surfaces should be reasonably accessible.
• Pets must be secured or contained during the cleaning. • The home must be free of aggressive animals or unsafe conditions.
Scheduling Requirements
• Cleanings are scheduled based on availability, not emergency service.
• Dates and times are not guaranteed and may be rescheduled if needed.
• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting the service.
The selected nominee will be contacted using the contact information provided through the submission. If the nominee does not respond within 30 days, Epic Cleaning Pros LLC reserves the right to select an alternate recipient.
All information collected for the Care & Compassion Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and fulfilling the prize. Information will not be sold or shared, except as required by law or to complete the service.
Epic Cleaning Pros LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• This program is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or discounts.
• Service has no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Epic Cleaning Pros reserves the right to discontinue or modify the program at any time.
By participating, nominators and nominees agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Epic Cleaning Pros LLC, which are final.
By accepting the prize, the recipient agrees to release and hold harmless Epic Cleaning Pros LLC from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and is void where prohibited.
