Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail oriented House Cleaner to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional residential cleaning services while delivering outstanding customer service with integrity, professionalism, and care. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys creating clean, healthy homes for our customers. Every team member plays an important role in building trust and lasting relationships through consistent, high quality service.

Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time each scheduled workday.
Clean residential homes according to Epic Cleaning Pros' quality standards and procedures.
Thoroughly clean living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas and dust, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces throughout the home.
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain all types of flooring.
Perform deep cleaning tasks including baseboards, trim, walls, grout, and other detailed cleaning as assigned.
Organize and tidy areas while respecting customers' personal belongings and privacy.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Use eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment properly and safely.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting damaged or missing items promptly.
Manage time efficiently to complete each home within scheduled timeframes without sacrificing quality.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding special requests, questions, or concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, respectful, and professional attitude.
Treat customers, coworkers, company vehicles, equipment, and property with respect.
Travel reliably throughout our service area to customer homes.
Perform other cleaning related duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing Epic Cleaning Pros as a professional company at all times.
Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, deliver excellent customer service, and represent Epic Cleaning Pros professionally at all times.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States
2+ years of previous residential or professional cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
Reliable, dependable, and career minded
Must be able to work up to 40 hours Monday through Friday
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers & team members in English
Ability to work independently or as a team
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers & team members
Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout our service area
Driver's license with valid auto insurance
