I debated for a while to leave this review. I try and make a point to only leave positive reviews since there is so much negativity in the world, but I honestly don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

My mom was diagnosed with cancer and had to have surgery. During this time of being there for her and taking care of her and her house - I decided to hire cleaners to help myself out a bit. Initially I was very impressed with Epic Cleaning Pros and grateful for the interaction. I really felt like I was going to be taken care of. It was explained during the scheduling phone call that if the service was not completed – the company policy is to return the very next day to correct any issues.

Long story short, after leaving for about 2.5 hours I came back to my place not clean. There may have been about 15 minutes of cleaning completed but there were also areas that were somehow dirtier than when I left. When I spoke to Joe, the owner, he was apologetic and did not charge me after I sent him about 15 pictures proving that my place was not touched. When it came to his company policy, he explained he couldn’t make it back the next day. I was very understanding and flexible and gave him two more dates within the next week to work with.

Reflecting back on the conversation, he willingly admitted he sent a cleaning technician to my home that he was well aware there were issues with. Although I was not sent a Certified Cleaning Technicians, he does have CCTs on his team but couldn’t manage to break apart a five-person team for a couple hours on one day to help correct his company’s error and follow through on his company policy – basically because mansions are more important to him. He mentioned that he might have something in 4-5 weeks and he would get back to me. I was so disappointed and wanted to immediately let this all go. I obviously have more important things to think about than a company not following through on their word, which is becoming the norm, unfortunately. But as time went on and I waited for Joe to make it right - I realized I have about $200-$300 worth of my belongings missing. It has also been over a month, and still no call to reschedule.

So, Joe, since I have no desire to speak to you other than here – I thought I’d let you know when you boasted that you previously managed 185 people, all you did was tell me you are a professional liar. I hope one day when you reach the success you are hoping for that you can sleep soundly at night knowing that you did it with integrity. Hidden tiered service based on the town you live in, and your living situation but charging the same rates seems deeply immoral to me.

Also, a little note for the cleaning technician that I was very kind to and tipped generously - I hope the items you took were worth the karma that will be returned to you one day. I am completely satisfied knowing that.

Epic Cleaning did a great job on my carpets! Haven't looked this good since they were new! Cleaned many times myself and never got them this clean! They were very reasonable and friendly! They got my house done in an hour!

I am to the moon with the work that Epic Cleaning Pros did for my house. I had a house that had at least five years worth of built up grime that I was moving in to and needed a deep clean. Joe navigated me through every step of the way. From top to bottom my house was cleaned and made outdated appliances and cabinets look brand new. Marleen is a very hard working individual. Our place looked so good the wood work looked so clean and all appliances so shinny. I requested a one time cleaning experience just to see how and what all was cleaned.
